Bio: Keith D. Brouthers is Professor of Business Strategy at King’s College London and Visiting Professor at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands. He specializes in international strategic management. Prior to becoming an academic he was a CPA and CMA and CFO of several small companies.
Professor Brouthers is the author/coauthor of numerous articles using both quantitative and qualitative research techniques. His current research focuses on foreign subsidiary structure choice, export performance, joint venture management, and competitor recognition. His research has been published in leading academic journals including Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management Studies, Management International Review, International Business Review, and Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice.
He has served as Vice President of the Academy of International Business and Senior Associate Editor at the Journal of Management. Recently he was the winner of the JIBS Decade Award (2012).
