We’re excited to introduce you to your personal Speaker Portal for AIB 2021 Online! If you’ve registered for our Annual Meeting and haven’t already received an email with a personalized access link, please contact our Conference Support Team at email@example.com.
We recommend that all Annual Meeting registrants log in as soon as possible to complete the following tasks:
- Verify your personal profile, and optionally, add a brief bio and photo.
- Upload handouts for your session.
- Note the contact information of chairs and co-speakers in your sessions so you can coordinate with them prior to your session.
- Follow the prompt to email your mobile phone number to firstname.lastname@example.org. (This information will not be shared publicly, or used for any purpose other than as a back-up means for our Conference Support Team to communicate with you in case of a technical malfunction during your presentation.)
Please Note: that Zoom access links to sessions in which you are presenting will be sent to you via email 24 hours in advance. We recommend that you plan on signing in to your session 30 minutes before its scheduled start time so our Conference Support Team can confirm that your audio and video are working properly.
