About the Webinar:
Relatively few articles are published in IB journals with qualitative data. This is surprising, given that qualitative data can reveal new theoretical pathways that are important to cross-border business. In this webinar, Pratima (Tima) Bansal will describe the unique attributes of qualitative manuscripts that require reviewers and editors to take a different approach than they take with quantitative manuscripts and move beyond their unconscious biases. This webinar offers an important step forward in inviting more qualitative research to be published in IB journals. Tima will give a brief presentation, which will be followed by a commentary from Eileen Fischer and a dialogue with participants moderated by Rebecca Piekkari and Catherine Welch.
Speakers:
Tima Bansal, Western University
Eileen Fischer, York University
