Due to public health concerns, reservations for booths and ad spaces at AIB 2020 have been suspended.

Why Exhibit at AIB 2020?

AIB provides a dedicated exhibition space at each of its Annual Meetings, allowing organizations supporting international business education and research to engage our members and provide information on their newest services and products. Major publishers, academic program representatives, trade policy institutions, think-tanks, and private-sector educational coordinators return year after year to connect with our 1,000+ attendees.

AIB members are regularly involved in a variety of academic purchasing decisions, including the adoption and purchase of textbooks, interactive exercises, cases, journals, and other educational and research material. Being an exhibitor at our conference allows you to showcase your international business, marketing, finance, accounting, economics, and management-related content directly to your target customer demographic.

How is Exhibition Space Structured?

Our conference space is set up to maximize interaction between our exhibitors and event attendees. All lunches, coffee breaks, and several award presentations will be held at or around the exhibit areas, ensuring that exhibitors get frequent face time with conference participants in order to showcase their latest offerings.

Each booth will consist of a 10ft x 10ft pipe-and-drape exhibit space. For a more precise picture of where your booth will be located, check out this floor plan of the 2020 exhibition space. What is Included in My Purchase of an Exhibition Space?

Each registered exhibitor will be provided with the following materials for their booth:

  • An exhibit stand space with two chairs
  • An identification sign printed with your company’s name
  • Power connection for the booth
  • Wireless internet access
  • Exhibitor Passes for two representatives, allowing free access to all conference activities and social events without paying any additional fees

In addition to a dedicated space in our exhibitor hall, each booth purchase includes the following benefits:

  • Your company logo and a 50-word description in our conference app
  • A half-page advertisement in our printed conference program

In order to take full advantage of these benefits, exhibitors must submit their ad materials to membership@aib.msu.edu by April 15, 2020.

Please note that organizations wishing to engage our conference attendees, but who are unable to exhibit during the event, can purchase advertisements and event sponsorships via our online reservation form.
