Why Exhibit at AIB 2020 Online?

AIB provides dedicated exhibition opportunities at each of its Annual Meetings, allowing organizations supporting international business education and research to engage our members and provide information on their newest services and products. Major publishers, academic program representatives, trade policy institutions, think-tanks, and private-sector educational coordinators return year after year to connect with our 1,000+ attendees.

AIB members are regularly involved in a variety of academic purchasing decisions, including the adoption and purchase of textbooks, interactive exercises, cases, journals, and other educational and research material. Being an exhibitor at our conference allows you to showcase your international business, marketing, finance, accounting, economics, and management-related content directly to your target customer demographic.

What is Included in My Purchase of an Online Exhibit Booth?

Each purchase of a virtual exhibit booth includes:

  • The ability to display and share logos, brochures, pre-recorded videos, and many other forms of promotional collateral.
  • Access for up to 3 of your staff to serve as booth representatives and participate in the virtual conference. Attendees will be able to “drop in” during designated hours or book an appointment for a one-on-one video meeting.
  • Promotion in a series of pre-conference emails which will be sent to all registered event participants.
  • The opportunity to propose a special conference session (ex. training, meet-the-author.) If interested, please contact membership@aib.msu.edu with your proposed session details.

After your purchase is completed, our partner organization, TouchPoint, will contact you via email to assist you in the process of setting up your online exhibit booth.
