Why Exhibit at AIB 2021 Online?

AIB provides dedicated exhibition opportunities at each of its Annual Meetings, allowing organizations supporting international business education, policy and research to engage our members and provide information on their newest services and products. Major publishers, academic program representatives, trade policy institutions, think-tanks, and private-sector educational coordinators return year after year to connect with more than a 1,000 attendees from 60+ countries. Participants include faculty members, doctoral and masters students, post-doctoral researchers, data scientists, and higher education executives.

AIB members are regularly involved in a variety of academic purchasing decisions, including the adoption of textbooks, interactive exercises, cases, journals, and other educational and research material. Being an exhibitor at our conference allows you to showcase your international business, marketing, finance, accounting, economics, and management-related content directly to your target customer demographic.

What is Included in My Online Exhibit Booth Reservation?

For $500, virtual exhibit booths provide opportunities to connect with international business professionals and highlight your organization. Reserve your space and have the ability to:

  • Display your logo and organization’s description in the Virtual Exhibit Hall
  • Share brochures, pre-recorded videos, and many other forms of promotional collateral
  • Rotating Logo on Conference Virtual Platform
  • Grant access for up to three of your staff to serve as booth representatives and participate in the virtual conference
  • Chat with participants during your selected exhibit hours
  • Schedule one-on-one video meetings with attendees
  • Have your organization promoted in a series of pre-conference emails which will be sent to all registered participants
  • Propose a special conference session (ex. training, meet-the-author.) If interested, please contact membership@aib.msu.edu with your proposed session details. The deadline for sessions proposals is May 15, 2021.

After your purchase is completed, a representative from our conference partner organization will contact you to assist in the process of setting up your online exhibit booth. Please be on the lookout for their communications as our event dates draw closer.
