What are the Current COVID-Related Requirements for AIB 2022?
COVID-related travel policies are subject to change over time and are likely to continue to do so in the lead-up to our Annual Meeting. To make sure you are up-to-date on all current air travel requirements, we recommend consulting the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website as they update their information regularly. Of particular note are their guides for domestic air travel within the US and international air travel into the US.
For members residing outside the United States and requiring a visa for entry, we strongly recommend you begin your application as soon as possible since processing times are likely to be significantly longer than they were pre-pandemic. In early March, once you have received an official notification that your AIB 2022 submission has been accepted for presentation, you will be able to submit a Letter of Invitation request directly through our member login portal.
We are currently working with our conference venue to finalize on-site COVID policies and recommendations. These will be communicated regularly to all of our conference registrants as the event dates draw nearer, along with any needed updates or changes.
