Payment Policy: Members must provide payment at the time of their registration. No deferred payment options are available for AIB’s Annual Conference.
Guest Registration Policy: Registrants may designate up to one guest for an additional fee of $100. Any individual over 12 years of age who wishes to accompany you to the Welcome Reception and/or Gala Event must be registered before 17 June as a guest. Guest registration will NOT be available onsite. Guests may not attend official conference sessions, panels, workshops, or keynotes, nor may they partake in the breaks and lunch amenities offered during the daily conference program.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Registrants who cancel before 1 June will have a $25 fee deducted from their refund. This fee will be increased to $50 from 1 June to 15 June. No refunds will be offered from 16 June onward.
