  • You must have a valid AIB membership through July 9, 2022.
  • All accepted presenters, authors, and pre-conference participants must complete their registration by 29 April 2022.
  • Note that there are two separate registration buttons, one for in-person attendance and another for virtual attendance. Please scroll down for the virtual option.

Member Registration Rates (In-Person/Face-to-Face)

These are the registration options for those that will be traveling to Miami to attend the conference in-person. If you need to attend virtually, please scroll down further to see the Virtual Option rates and registration button. Those that register for the in-person conference will also get access to the virtual platform for the virtual part of the conference as well as to access all recorded panels.

Member Registration Rates (Virtual Option)

The AIB 2022 conference is primarily an in-person conference.  The virtual option is made available as a secondary option for members unable to travel due to pandemic, funding, or visa restrictions. The virtual conference will take place separately on July 15, and will provide a limited experience, consisting of on-demand access to recorded panels and live virtual paper presentations.

* An additional discount of $50 is available for students and low-income residents of Low- and Lower-Middle Income Countries. If you reside in one of those countries, the registration rates will automatically adjust.

Payment Policy: Members must provide payment at the time of their registration. No deferred payment options are available for AIB’s Annual Conference.

Guest Registration Policy for In-Person Registrations: In-Person Registrants may designate a guest for an additional fee of $100. Any individual over 12 years of age who wishes to accompany you to the Welcome Reception and/or Gala Event must be registered as a guest. Guests may not attend official conference sessions, panels, workshops, or keynotes, nor may they partake in the breaks and lunch amenities offered during the daily conference program.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Registrants who cancel their registration before 17 June will be assessed a $50 fee. No refunds will be offered from 18 June onward. The same cancellation fees apply to both in-person and virtual conference registrations.
