  • You must have a valid AIB membership through July 6, 2024.
  • All accepted presenters, authors, and pre-conference participants must complete their registration by 16 May 2024.

Member Registration Rates

The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions and evening social receptions. This fee also covers access to two coffee breaks and a light lunch on all three full days of the conference.

Payment Policy: Members must provide payment at the time of their registration. No deferred payment options are available for AIB’s Annual Conference.

Provisional Guest Registration Closure: Due to limited capacity at our primary event venue, guest registration for AIB 2024 is currently closed. This means all Annual Meeting programming, including the Presidential Reception, AIB Seoul Celebration, and Closing Reception can be attended only by AIB members who are registered for the main conference. The AIB Secretariat is currently monitoring registration totals and, if additional capacity is found, guest registration will be re-opened and an announcement will be sent out.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Registrants who cancel their registration on or before 16 June will be assessed a $50 fee. No refunds will be offered from 17 June onward.
