Registration Requirements

  • You must have a valid AIB membership through July 6, 2024.
  • All accepted presenters, authors, and pre-conference participants must complete their registration by 15 May 2024.

Member Registration Rates

The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions and evening social receptions. This fee also covers access to two coffee breaks and a light lunch on all three full days of the conference.

Payment Policy: Members must provide payment at the time of their registration. No deferred payment options are available for AIB’s Annual Conference.

Guest Registration Policy: Registrants may designate a guest for an additional fee of $100. Any individual over 12 years of age who wishes to accompany you to official conference Receptions/Evening Social Events must be registered as a guest. Guests may not attend conference sessions, panels, workshops, or keynotes, nor may they partake in the breaks and lunch amenities offered during the daily conference program.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Registrants who cancel their registration on or before 16 June will be assessed a $50 fee. No refunds will be offered from 17 June onward.
