AIB 2025’s primary venue and lodging provider will be the Omni Louisville Hotel. Founded in 2018, this luxurious 4-star hotel is designed to showcase several elements of Louisville’s unique culture. Its in-house shopping amenities specialize in bourbon tastings and custom hat-making, evocative of the famous “fascinators” worn by Kentucky Derby attendees.

Amenities at the Omni Louisville include free access to the rooftop pool and hot tub, fitness center, and Wi-Fi network. A variety of spa and salon services are also available for advance booking.

Travel: An Eminently Accessible International Airport

Another benefit to hosting our Annual Meeting in a city the size of Louisville is the ease of access between its international airport and our downtown conference venue. The Omni Louisville Hotel is just a short, 10-minute taxi ride (approx. 5.9 miles) from the Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF), making this final leg of your journey about as stress-free as possible.

Taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are accessible just outside the baggage claim area.
