- You must have a valid AIB membership through July 2, 2025.
- All accepted presenters, authors, and pre-conference participants must complete their registration by 15 May 2025.

Member Registration Rates
The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions and evening social receptions. This fee also covers access to two coffee breaks and a light lunch on all three full days of the conference.

Payment Policy: Members must provide payment at the time of their registration. No deferred payment options are available for AIB’s Annual Conference.
Guest Registration Policy: Registrants may designate a guest for an additional fee of $100. Any individual over 12 years of age who wishes to accompany you to the Welcome Reception and/or AIB Louisville Celebration must be registered as a guest. Guests may not attend official conference sessions, panels, workshops, or keynotes, nor may they partake in the breaks and lunch amenities offered during the daily conference program.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Registrants who cancel their registration on or before 13 June will be assessed a $50 fee. No refunds will be offered from 14 June onward.
