How Can I Get the Best Rates on Registration & Lodging? Discounted “Early Bird” registration rates for our in-person conference are available through 29 April. A limited number of hotel rooms are also available at our conference venue at extremely cost-effective, members-only rates, so reserve your room quickly!
Where Can I Find Up-to-Date Information on Travel Policies? COVID-related policies vary for domestic and international flights and are likely to continue changing over time. Links to official CDC guidelines are available in our Host City Guide and any conference-specific policy updates will be published there regularly.
My Paper was Accepted for Presentation at AIB 2022 Miami, but Travel or Health Restrictions Will Prevent Me From Attending In-Person—What Should I Do? For paper presenters who will be unable to make it to Miami due to travel or health restrictions, an online-only follow-up event will be held 15-16 July. A separate sign-up process, rates, and policies apply to this Virtual Option, so please review the information on our registration page before moving forward. Programming for the online event will be limited in scope, so members seeking the full AIB conference experience should plan to meet us in Miami, if able.
Can I Still Sign up for Pre-Conference Activities? Yes—several of our in-person Pre-Conference workshops and PDWs are accepting applications and registrations until 15 May. Browse through the listings on our Pre-Conference page for more information on these opportunities.
How Can I Get a Letter of Invitation for My Visa Application? For members residing outside the United States and requiring a visa for entry, be aware that processing times are likely to be significantly longer than they were pre-pandemic. Use the “Download an Invitation Letter for AIB 2022” button in our member login portal to start preparing your application as soon a possible.
